Stuns come second in popularity after the pepper sprays.
Tasers and stuns are unlawful in other countries. Police officers, when subduing without using lethal force, turn to these self-defense products. For their protection, women are mostly encouraged to carry pepper sprays.
Experts highly recommend carrying the non-lethal self-defense products. These are not only easy to use but affordable as well. But stuns can be expensive to acquire. Non-lethal self-defense products ensure that you do not get close contact with the attacker, not like the knife. Keep in mind that you are not looking for a struggle, but a chance to get away.
Make sure that you choose a self-defense product that you can use comfortably. Ensure you get one you are conversant in, or get trained to use one.
